Once a suitable tenant has been found for your property, we will reference check the applicants and this will determine their ability to consistently pay rent without default. If the references are satisfactory and you are happy to proceed, an Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement will be prepared.

Advance Payments & Deposit

One month rent is paid in advance and a further month rent held as a deposit.

The deposit is held by My Deposit and If you are registered with another provider (TDS or TDSL), we would request for your registration details.
At the end of the tenancy, the landlord and tenant agree how the deposit should be repaid.
